License to Use

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and play Cluck & Care for personal enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any part of the game without our prior written consent.

User Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms. You will not engage in cheating, hacking or any behaviour that disrupts other players. Be respectful in our community and refrain from sharing offensive content.

Limitation of Liability

Cluck & Care is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of Cluck & Care.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
